ListoScore (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the platform at listoscore.com. We provide a signal intelligence tool that surfaces Miami-Dade County public records data — including building permits, code violations, liens, and business registrations — to professional users.

2. What Data We Collect

Account data

When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.

Payment data

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full card details. We receive a customer ID and subscription status from Stripe to manage your account tier.

Usage data

We may log basic usage information — such as pages visited, filters applied, and signals viewed — to improve the product and identify technical issues. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Saved leads

If you save signals as leads within the platform, those records are stored in our database and associated with your account. You can delete them at any time.

3. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account
To process subscription payments via Stripe
To provide access to signal data appropriate to your subscription tier
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns
To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies to data processed by Stripe.
MapTiler — map tile rendering. Map interactions may be logged by MapTiler per their privacy policy.
Google Places API — used to look up business phone numbers for Pro users. Queries include business name and approximate location only.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and database infrastructure within the United States.

5. Signal Data

The signal data displayed on ListoScore is sourced from Miami-Dade County public records. Property owner names, addresses, and folio numbers that appear in Pro-tier data are public record information obtained from county databases. We do not create or infer this data — we surface what is already part of the public record.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to stay logged in.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing records (typically up to 7 years for financial records).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Object to certain processing of your data
Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our database infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of ListoScore after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
