Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ListoScore (“the platform”) at listoscore.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier and Pro-tier subscribers.
ListoScore is operated by H1 Global LTD. For questions about these terms, use our contact form.
2. Description of Service
ListoScore is a data intelligence platform that surfaces Miami-Dade County public records — including building permits, code violations, code liens, finance referrals, and business tax registrations — in an interactive map interface. The platform provides outreach tools, lead management features, and signal filtering for professional users including contractors, investors, real estate agents, attorneys, and other trade professionals.
Free-tier users have access to a limited view of signal data. Pro-tier subscribers have access to full signal details including property owner information, full addresses, and outreach tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide an accurate email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately using our contact form if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Pro Subscription
Pro-tier access is billed at $95 per month on a recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date unless cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain Pro access until that date and will not be charged for the following period.
5. Refund Policy
No Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing to ListoScore Pro, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
The reason for this policy is the nature of the data we provide. ListoScore delivers live, real-time signal data from Miami-Dade County. Once a subscriber has accessed Pro-tier data — including property owner details, full addresses, and outreach tools — that data has been consumed and acted upon. Unlike a software product that can be “returned”, the intelligence value of live data is realised at the moment of access and cannot be reversed.
Requesting a refund after having used the platform to identify leads, contact property owners, or generate business opportunities is not a valid basis for a chargeback or refund claim. We take chargeback fraud seriously and will contest all invalid disputes with full documentation of account activity.
If you are dissatisfied with the platform, the appropriate remedy is to cancel your subscription before your next billing date. You will not be charged again, and you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
In exceptional circumstances — such as a technical failure that prevented access to the platform for a material portion of a billing period — refunds or account credits may be issued at our sole discretion. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Use our contact form to raise a billing concern.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use ListoScore for lawful professional purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
- Systematically scrape, download, or copy signal data for redistribution or resale
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying database
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform at scale
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the platform under a single account
- Use the platform in violation of any applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or Florida data protection regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer
ListoScore sources its signal data from Miami-Dade County public records. We make reasonable efforts to present this data accurately and keep it up to date, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform.
Public records may contain errors, omissions, or delays from the source. ListoScore is a data aggregation and presentation tool — we are not the originating authority for any record displayed. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before taking action based on it.
ListoScore is not a licensed real estate broker, legal advisor, financial advisor, or insurance provider. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional advice. Any outreach you conduct based on platform data is your sole responsibility.
8. Outreach Responsibility
ListoScore provides pre-written outreach templates (email, SMS, call scripts) as a convenience tool. These templates are provided as examples only. You are solely responsible for all communications you send to third parties based on data from the platform, including compliance with:
- The CAN-SPAM Act (email marketing)
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) (phone and SMS outreach)
- Florida Statute § 501.059 (Do Not Call requirements)
- Any applicable professional conduct rules if you are a licensed professional
ListoScore accepts no liability for outreach conducted by users of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
The ListoScore platform, including its interface, branding, software, and proprietary data processing, is owned by H1 Global LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose during your active subscription period.
Signal data sourced from Miami-Dade County public records is not proprietary to ListoScore. However, our selection, organisation, and presentation of that data constitutes a database right and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, H1 Global LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or damages resulting from acting on inaccurate or incomplete data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or if we are required to do so by law. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
